Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and returned in the original packaging with tags and labels still attached.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns/refunds for gift cards, sale items nor can we for change of mind. ( Change of mind covers wrong size ordered / not wanting the item any longer or finding the item cheaper)  Returns of change of mind items will be issued with a STORE CREDIT ONLY , which is valid for 12 months from date of issue. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items Not Collected/Returned 

Items that are returned to us due to not being collected from the post office will be processed as a return. A store credit will be issued for the value of the items, minus the original shipping cost to you and any return shipping fees incurred. Likewise items returned to us for incorrect address supplied, postage will need to be repaid to send to the correct address.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on sale items, gift cards or change of mind.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping 
To return your product contact us for details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged items. If an item is damaged in the post then you need to make a claim directly with Australia Post. We always recommend you use a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. For valuable items. As we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
